Mrs. Sheryl Elise Todd Jackson, 53, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2007, at a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Mobile and former resdent of Saraland, before moving to Brewton in 1974. She was retired from D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in the housekeeping department and was a member of the Divine Temple Church.
She is survived by her mother, Ola Todd of Saraland; two daughters, Donna Jean (Chuck) Myrick and Eva (George) Peaden, both of Pensacola, Fla.; one sister, Cindy Lummus of Grand Bay; three sisters-in-law, Sheilia Roberson, Tina Brown and Ann Whitman, all of Brewton; one brother-in-law, Keith Hawks of Brewton; two grandchildren, Cara Myrick and Amber Peaden; and eight nieces and nephews,
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 15, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Doug Greer and the Rev. Ray Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at Weaver's Cemetery in the Appleton community with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
