An Escambia County truck driver already sentenced to 30 years on federal child pornography charges pleaded guilty last week to similar state charges.
Kevin Lake will serve another 10 years concurrent to his federal sentence, District Attorney Steve Billy said Friday.
Lake, 45, was accused of molesting an 8-year-old boy in Escambia County. Those charges prompted a federal case involving Polaroid pictures of Lake molesting a teenage boy.
In the federal case, an Escambia County investigator testified that Lake lured the boy into his truck to watch a movie, then molested him. Investigators also found photos from magazines and photos of nude children in Lake's truck.
Lake's case was scheduled for the criminal court term that begins in Escambia County on Dec. 3.
Other cases scheduled for that docket include that of Amy Madsen, charged with preparing fraudulent tax returns for several Escambia County residents. Investigators have said Madsen, who ran a private tax preparation agency, claimed deductions and/or credits for at least five clients to which they were not entitled.
