Ms. Fairrene “Mickey” Hanks Ronilo, 79, of Birmingham, died Monday, November 19, 2007. She attended Ensley High School and was a member of Sandusky United Methodist Church. She lived in Brewton with her husband and three sons for 32 years before returning to Birmingham. She was active in the Eastern Star and served as Worthy Matron. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Ronilo; her parents, Shep and Essie Mae Hanks; two sons, Bruce and Jeffery; and three brothers, Lonnie, Hubert and Jim Hanks.
She is survived by her son, Steven of Katy, Texas; three grandsons, Chad, Mason and Degnan; and her sister, Lorene Autry.
Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 23, at Bell Funeral Home Forestdale Chapel. Burial followed at Oakland Cemetery with Bell Funeral Home directing.
