My mother lived a very hard life. She had lung cancer. When she got sick we had to beg and borrow for money and someone's time to help us get through some bad times.
My mother loved everyone and was good to everyone. She died on my stepson's 11th birthday. I had just gone home to have him a party at 8 p.m. when the hospital called and said for me to get back. I was two minutes late from being able to my mother that I loved her and would never forget the things she had done for me and my children. I was in her ICU room and I will never forget, one of my family members came in and stood across the bed and asked me how I was going to pay for my mother's funeral and I don't remember what I told them at the time. But I was not going to ask them for a penny to help bury her and I didn't. I asked God that night after my mother died to just give me peace from people that had judged us like that and for them to leave me be now that my mother was gone, so they could not hurt us anymore. Now I go to her grave and see someone has stolen the lights at her grave. She still cannot have peace after she is gone and neither can her family. People have a hard enough time on earth, without someone stealing from them when they are gone from here. My family will pray for you that did this and may you one day see that people hurt and suffer enough without you adding to it.
