Mrs. Idell M. Holt, 81, died Sunday, March 16, 2008, at a Pensacola hospital. She was a native of the Pineview community and a resident of Flomaton for most of her life. She was a homemaker and an active member of the Flomaton Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Marvin Holt; two sons, Robert E. (Linda) Holt of Flomaton and Gary L. (Anne) Holt of Pace, Fla.; two grandchildren, Christopher Lee Holt and Natalie Marie Holt; other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 20, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Flomaton Funeral Home with the Rev. Ricky Hart, the Rev. Leon Stewart and the Rev. Homer Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Flomaton Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be James Evans, Raymond Evans, Danny Holt, Bobby Minchew, Travis Roberson and William Roberson. Honorary pallbearers will be Dan Holt, Gene Maness, Quinn Miller, Brian Minchew and Kevin Roberson.
