Mrs. Linda Louise Van Hoosen Parker Wilson, 51, died Friday, March 28, 2008, in Milton. She was a native of Flomaton and has resided in Flomaton and Pensacola for a number of years before moving to Milton. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her father, William Van Hoosen; her brother, Jerry Boutwell; a sister, Brenda Cain; and two husbands, Thomas Parker and David Wilson.
She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Bondurant of Flomaton; three sons, Jimmy Van Hoosen of Cantonment, Fla., and Davon Van Hoosen and Anthony Parker, both of Milton; two daughters, Jessica Parker and Dottie Parker, both of Milton; two stepsons, Eric Cravey of Milton and Troy Wilson of Pensacola; three brothers, William “ Bill” Van Hoosen Jr. and David Van Hoosen both of Milton, and Harold Van Hoosen of Pensacola; two sisters, Glenda Knowles of Flomaton and Edith Beason of Dallas, Texas; 22 grandchildren and several long time friends.
Funeral services will be held today, Wednesday, April 2, at 2 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Homer Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Traveler's Rest Cemetery in Flomaton with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be Chris Van Hoosen, Ricky Van Hoosen, Jeffery Hagen, Steven Hagen, Chris Herring and Kevin Van Hoosen.
