Mrs. Dorothy Sue Wardrop, 56, died Sunday, May 18, 2008. She was a member of the Community of Christ Church and a volunteer at Atmore Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, James Price McRae.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Glenn Wardrop; her mother, Lillie Mae McRae; three sons, Kelvin Arndres King and Robert Caleb (Heather) Wardrop, both of Atmore, and John Wesley (Eileen) Wardrop of Mobile; three brothers, Pat (Marie) McRae, Terrell (Debbie) McRae and Jerry (Margaret) McRae, all of Brewton; four sisters, Jean Howell of Atmore, and Janice (Tom) Craft, Julia (Wayne) Thompson, and Patsy (Donnie) Hamrace, all of Brewtona grandson, Logan Mitchell; and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 21 at 11 a.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Elder Wayne Morris and Seventy Wayne Ellis officiating. Burial will follow at Serenity Gardens Cemetery with Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
