If you like old cars and motorcycles, the Brewton Lion's Club is planning an event downtown not to be missed.
The Lion's Club is sponsoring what has become an annual car and motorcycle show Oct. 11. The group will be cooking up some good food for the all-day event that will be held behind BankTrust on St. Nicholas Avenue Saturday.
Lion's Club member Marshann Jackson said the show is suited to all members of the family.
Car owners and motorcycle owners will gather beginning at 8 a.m. for registration and at 9 a.m., a flag ceremony will be held.
The Lion's Club will be serving barbeque sandwiches and sausage dogs along with plenty of soft drinks and water.
There is no admission to the show and a motorcycle ride will be held.
Cars and owners will be given trophies at a 2:30 p.m. ceremony.
