The 2009 Relay for Life event has been set for April 4 beginning at noon. In anticipation of the event, the planning committee for the annual fundraising event is scheduling a series of meetings for committees as well as team captains.
The Relay for Life planning committee will hold a meeting on Oct. 20 beginning at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Education Center at D.W. McMillan Hospital.
A team captain's meeting is planned for Oct. 30 for captains of teams planning to participate in the 12 hour-event. The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Education Center at D.W. McMillan Hospital.
