Mrs. Linda Kay McMinn Breckenridge, 63, died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, at a Jay, Fla. medical facility. She was a native of Craig, Colorado, and a former resident of Red Lodge, Montana, before moving to Escambia County, 25 years ago. She was a bookkeeper/manager in the food industry and a former co-owner/operator of David's Catfish.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, George Breckenridge of Atmore; two sons, George (Tonya) Breckenridge of Pensacola, Fla., and Terrence (Becki) Breckenridge of Brewton; a brother, Clayton McMinn of Arizona; and three grandchildren, George Andrew Breckenridge, Christopher Breckenridge and Jackson Breckenridge.
Memorial services were held Monday, Oct. 20, at 6 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Ed Gaize officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to be made to the Flomaton Public Library.
