Mrs. Theresa A. Oden, 45, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at a Mobile hospital. She was a native of Alexandria, La., a former resident of Houma, La. and a resident of Pineview for the past 16 years. She attended Pineview Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Morace; a sister, Paula Winter; a brother, Henry David Morace; and her grandmother, Marie Thiels.
She is survived by her husband, David L. Oden of Pineview; a son, Andy David Oden of Pineview; two daughters, Jennifer L. Oden (Donovan) of Appleton, and Jessica Lynn Abston (Brian) of McCall; her father and stepmother, Pete Morace (Karin) of Montgomery; a sister, Kathy Morace of Pineview; three grandchildren, Tyson Abston, Hayden Abston and Jamison Fay.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 10 a.m. at the Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Leon Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Flomaton Cemetery with Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
