Mrs. Mazie Louise Lee, 86, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008, at a local hospital. She was a lifelong resident of the Flomaton area and a member of Moyeville Baptist Church. She was retired from Monsanto and was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Thomas Lee; and two sons, James Walter Lee and Jerry Lee.
She is survived by a son, William (Denita) Lee of Robertsdale; a daughter, Shelia Holt of Brewton; a brother, Riley Golden of Brantley; a sister, Margaret Higden of Flomaton; two daughters-in-law, Darlene Lee and Caroline Lee. a special friend, Lee Verne Seals; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Dec. 28, at 3 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. James Pugh officiating. Burial followed at Little Escambia Baptist Church Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
