JDCC sweeps, now 3-2

The Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawk baseball team improved to 3-2 overall on Monday with a doubleheader sweep of Huntingdon College in Montgomery.
JDCC won game one 8-3 and game two 12-1.
Michael King picked up the win for the Warhawks in game one and Hunter Brown picked up the win in game two.
Ryne Phillips and Cody Sanderson both had homeruns in the wins for the Warhawks.
JDCC was set to be back in action on Tuesday against Jones County Junior College at home on Tuesday in a doubleheader.
JDCC will be back in action on Saturday at PJC against PJC and East Central Community College.
The Warhawks will take on Okaloosa Walton on Tuesday, Feb. 24 a 2 p.m. in Niceville and will return home on Tuesday, March 3 against Gulf Coast.
The return hom will be the first of a four game home stand for the JDCC Warhawks.
Full games stats from JDCC’s game against Huntingdon were not known as of press time.
