JDCC hoops still winless

The Jefferson Davis Community College basketball team dropped four of their last games to fall to 0-25 overall and to 0-15 in conference play.
The Warhawks lost to Southern Union, Enterprise-Ozark, Alabama Southern and to Faulkner in their last games.
The Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawk basketball team  will look to end their regular season with a win Thursday night in Mobile when they travel to Bishop State. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
Faulkner State 78,
JDCC 70
Against Faulkner State Monday night in Bay Minnette, the JDCC Warhawks fell to 0-25 overall and 0-15 in conference play with an eight-point, 78-70 loss.
Jonathan Pascley led JDCC with 26 points in the loss.
Two other Warhawks scored in double figures in the loss.
Full stats from the game were not known at press time.
Alabama Southern 81, JDCC 56
In their last home game of the season, JDCC dropped to 0-24 overall and 0-14 in conference play with an 81-56 loss. JDCC trailed 37-18 at the end of the first half and was outscored 44-38 in the second half.

Enterprise-Ozark 78,
JDCC 67
Will Dupont scored 19 points and Deangelo Kirkland and Pascley finished with 16 and 12 points respectively.  JDCC fell to 0-23 overall and 0-13 in conference play with an 11-point, 78-67 loss to Enterprise-Ozark.
JDCC trailed 39-33 after the first half and was outscored 39-34 in the second half to fall by 11 points.
Pascley led with eight rebounds in the loss and Justin Burroughs led with five assists.
Kirkland, Pascley and Anthony Jones all had one block each.
Seven Warhawks had a steal each in the loss.
Southern Union 64,
JDCC 58
Valentines Day is usually a day for love, but for the Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawk basketball team it was not. The team dropped a six-point loss to Southern Union to fall to 0-22 overall and 0-12 in conference play.
Trailing by only three points at the half at 29-26, Jefferson Davis was outscored 35-32 in the second half to fall 64-58.
JDCC’s Justin Burroughs and Jonathan Pascley both led the team with 13 points each and nine rebounds in the loss.
