Mr. William Joseph, 69, died Thursday, March 5, 2009, in a Fort Walton Beach nursing facility. He was a native of the Brooklyn community and had resided in the Roberts community for most of his life. He was of the Baptist faith and he was preceded in death by a brother, James Blow.
He is survived by a son, William Darell (Dawn) Blow of Clanton; a daughter, Donna Darlene (Kevin Anthony) Schipani of Navarre, Fla.; a brother, Charles Lewis Blow of Navarre; a sister, Myrtle Louise Smith of Century, Fla.; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 9, at 11 a.m. at Elim Baptist Church with the Rev. Harold McGraw officiating. Burial followed at Elim Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
