Brewton area Relay For Life teams continue their efforts in coming up with new and unique ways to raise funds to benefit the American Cancer Society’s quest to find a cure for cancer.
The Rockettes team is no different. The group has organized a beauty pageant event geared toward children from birth to age 10.
Powell said the pageant will feature five age groups with awards being presented at every level.
Age divisions include newborn to 2 years, 2 to 4 years, 4 to 6 years, 6 to 8 years and 8 to 10 years.
The deadline for pageant entry is Friday, and the pageant will be held at 1 p.m. March 28 on the campus of Jefferson Davis Community College.
Registration is $25 per contestant.
