The W.S. Neal High School Lady Eagle softball team dropped to 0-9 overall and to 0-1 in area play Thursday at home against Jackson High School in an area game.
The Lady Eagles lost 15-1, but W.S. Neal High School Lady Eagle head coach Jeff Haney said he was pleased with his teams play.
Boatwright pitched the complete game for the Lady Eagles in the loss.
The Lady Eagles will be back at home against UMS Wright on Tuesday and at B.C. Rain on Thursday.
