Youth artwork on display this month

The Brewton Council of the Arts Youth Art Show has been judged and placed on display the submitted items in this year’s show.
Art work will be on display through Sunday, March 29, at various locations in Brewton.
Artists who created work through drawing and painting will have their work displayed in the facilities of the Greater Brewton YMCA.
Artists whose work consists of photograhy and 3-D submissions will have their work on display at the Brewton Public Library.
The YMCA facility is located on Belleville Avenue. The Brewton Public Library is located at the intersection of Belleville Avenue and West Jackson Street.
Several area schools had students who sumitted art to be included in the program this year.
Schools represented with submitted art this year include Brewton Elementary School, Brewton Middle School, Briarwood School, Cornerstone Christian School, Flomaton Elementary School, Flomaton High School, Huxford Elementary School, T.R. Miller High School, W.S. Neal Elementary School, W.S. Neal Middle School and W.S. Neal High School.
A special awards presentation will be held at the close of the exhibit March 28.
