Mrs. Sammie Kathleen Roberson, 64, of Sam’s Lane in Brewton, died Friday, March 20, 2009 at a local hospital after a brief illness. She was a native of Brewton and a former resident of Texas before moving back to Brewton. She was a homemaker and a member of the North Brewton Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Roberson of Brewton; two sons, Greg (Brenda) Roberson and Kevin (Tammy) Roberson, both of Brewton; one brother, Billy Hart of Brewton; two sisters, Marie Drummond of Brewton and Ginger Hise of Mobile; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral Services were held Monday, March 23, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Bruley officiating. Burial followed in the Hartwood Cemetery in Range with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
