DEVELOPING STORY: Murder Creek flood warning cancelled; Conecuh River flood warning continues

The National Weather Service has cancelled a flood warning for Murder Creek, but a flood warning continues until Wednesday night for the Conecuh River.
At 8 p.m. Saturday the river stage was 23.2 feet, with the flood stage at 27 feet. Minor flooding is forecast.
The Conecuh River is forecast  to rise above flood stage by Monday before midnight and continue to rise to near 27.5 feet by Tuesday evening. The river should fall below flood stage by Wednesday before midnight.
