Mrs. Melissa Jones Bry, 102, died Sunday, March 22, 2009. She was a native of Conecuh County and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband; her sister, Lucille and her brothers, Elmer Sr., Green and Coterell.
She is survived by a sister, Ivy Labyzon; a nephew, and a host of other friends and relatives.
Funeral services were held Friday, March 27, at 3 p.m. at Presley-Fluker Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John O Meek officiating. Burial followed at Horton Cemetery in Evergreen with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
