TRM tennis downs Milton

Both the T.R. Miller girls and boys tennis teams improved their records this season with wins over Milton at a home match.
The girls won 9-0 and the boys won 7-2.
In the No. 1 singles match, Andrea Alvarado won 8-1 and was followed by Jamie Li in the No. 2 slot who won 8-6.
Mallory Mullis won her No. 3 match with an 8-1 win and was followed by Catherine Reeves in the No. 4 singles with an 8-2 win.
Laferria Hetherington won in the No. 5 slot 8-1 to give the Lady Tigers a sweep in the singles matches.
In the two doubles matches, Hetherington and Li won 8-5 and were followed by an 8-1 win by DeAndre Hetherington and Whitney Nicholson.
The boys stayed undefeated with a 7-2 win over Milton.
Todd Robinson loss the No. 1 singles match 9-8, but Roy Brown picked up a win in the No. 2 slot with an 8-6 win.
Nick Moore won 8-5 in the third slot and Bryce Wilcox won 8-4 in the No. 4 match.
Taylor Terry picked up an 8-1 win in the No. 5 match and Brandon Nelson won 8-1 in the sixth slot.
In the doubles match, Robinson and Brown won 8-5 and Michael Kast and Terry lost 8-6.
