Thomas Earl “Butch” Traweek|Monroeville

Mr. Thomas Earl “Butch” Traweek, 51, died Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at a Monroeville hospital. He was a native of Atmore and a former resident of Monroeville since 1976 coming from Flomaton. During his working years, he was employed by Vanity Fair. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Bethel Baptist Church in Flomaton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy “Dot” Traweek.
He is survived by his father, Robert E. Traweek of Monroeville; a son, Jesse “Buddy” Traweek of Flomaton; a brother, Scott Traweek of Pensacola, Fla.; his fiance’, Cheryl Rene’ Parrish of Monroeville.
Funeral services were held Thursday, May 21, at 2 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Chris Smith officiating. Burial followed at Flomaton Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Ronnie Ledbetter, Cain Ledbetter, Roger Ates, Stevie Ledbetter, Ray Emmons and Billy Bradley.
