State Rep. Alan Baker presented a proclamation to T.R. Miller track head coach Eddie Brundidge, right, to honor the coach and his 3A state track championship boys team and girls runner-up team. The proclamation presented is the result of a House Joint Resolution that was passed by both houses and signed by Gov. Bob Riley.
