The Escambia County 10- and 11-year-old All Star team picked up a 5-2 win over Covington County Wednesday night in East Brewton to advance to the championship game against Brewton.
Escambia County trailed 2-0 after the third inning, but score one run in the fourth inning and four in the fifth inning to get the win and eliminate Covington County from the tournament.
Lane Chavers was 2-for-3 at the plate in the win and Colton Morris was 1-for-3.
Dalton Shell and J.J. Hinote were both 1-for-2 for Escambia County at the plate.
