Todd Ray, full-time minister of music at First Baptist Church in Brewton, said his music missions led him to a life in ministry.
Ray and his wife, Heather, have been married for 11 years.
The couple have two children, Andrew, 7, and Caleb, 4.
Ray said he has been impressed by First Baptist’s focus on Jesus Christ.
Among the choir practices: Children’s choirs (age 3-grade 5) meet Wednesdays at 6 p.m., the Student Choir (grades 6-12) meets Sundays at 4:30 p.m., the Sanctuary Choir (college and older) meets Wednesdays at 7 p.m., the Happy Hearts Choir (adults with seniority) meets Wednesdays at 4 p.m., and the Praise Band meets Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
