Brewton residents who receive water service from the north Brewton water tank may see some changes in their water later this week, according to information released by Ray Madden, superintendent of Utilities for the City of Brewton.
Madden said routine maintenance work will be performed on the North Brewton Tank beginning Sept. 9. The work is expected to take approximately 90 days to complete.
Work on the tank will include sandblasting, painting and refurbishment. Preliminary work will begin today and continue Thursday, Madden said.
