Diane Lowe Thompson, 59, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009, at her residence on Blair Road. She was a native of Montgomery, a former resident of Greenville, and a long time resident of Brewton. She was of the Baptist faith and a retired LPN.
She is survived by her mother, Mary J. Lowe of Honoraville; her husband, Bobby Thompson of Brewton; two sons, Pete Ray (Tiffany) Thompson and Josh (Erica) Thompson, both of Brewton; a daughter, Debra (Keith) Johnson of Brewton; two sisters, Felice (Billy) Kendrick of Greenville and Peggy (Chuck) Scrivner of Cuba, Ala.; seven grandchildren and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 4, at 2 p.m. at Full Gospel Community Church in Dixonville with the Rev. Earnie Calhoun and the Rev. Doug Greer officiating. Burial followed at Travis Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
