Reunions give people an opportunity not just to look back but to look ahead, T.R. Miller graduate Aaron Raulerson said Saturday at a special community prayer service organized by his 1989 graduating class.
Raulerson led a small group in prayer and reflection at the gazebo at Dogwood Hills. The prayer service was one of many homecoming activities throughout the weekend for various T.R. Miller classes.
Raulerson said his class decided to have a prayer service in part because he and fellow graduate John Mark Wiggers are both Episcopal priests.
Noting that this weekend is All Saints Day, Raulerson said he was thankful for his fellow classmates and residents of his hometown.
