The driver in a fatal car accident in June has been charged with manslaughter.
Scottie Earl Bradley, 43, of Haley Avenue, was arrested last week on a grand jury indictment in the death of Angela Faye Dixon, 45, of Brewton.
Dixon was killed when she was ejected from the 2000 Nissan Pathfinder in which she was a passenger, Alabama State Trooper reports said at the time.
Bradley was injured and transported to D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital.
The accident occurred about 2.4 miles north of Brewton on Alabama 41. According to trooper reports at the time, the vehicle left the road and overturned, ejecting Dixon, who was not wearing a seatbelt.
