A group of 47 women spanning a five-county area are working toward making Christmas merry for nearly 500 residents in the area.
Angela Greer, Mary Kay cosmetic consultant, said the women participating are excited about the group’s plans.
Greer said a smaller group of consultants took on the work of providing gifts for residents at West Gate Village nursing home last Christmas.
Greer said residents at nursing homes in Brewton, Atmore, Century, Robertsdale and Monroeville will benefit from the work being done by the Posse.
Greer said the gift sets sell for $15 will all of the profits from each set going to purchase a gift set for residents. She said a $15 donation to the group would purchase sets for residents as well.
