Brewton natives Stephen and Joseph Billy, twins who graduated last year from T.R. Miller High School, were both injured in a wreck in Shelby County Monday night. A freshman classmate at the University of Montevallo was kiled in the wreck.
According to a report by the Shelby County Reporter, Madison native Amy K. Elliott, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene of the multi-vehicle wreck.
The Billy twins and two other Montevallo students, Logan Arrowood of Phenix City and Eonna Chambers of Birmingham, were also injured. The extent of their injuries was not known.
