Kelly Lowery Mitchell of Brewton, graduated from Troy University in July 2009, earning her bachelor’s of science degree in management. 
Commencement exercises were held July 24, 2009. She is a 2000 graduate of Excel High School and is currently enrolled at Capella University, School of Psychology working towards her master’s degree.
She is the daughter of Victor and Linda Lowery of Lenox, and married to William Mitchell of Brewton. She is employed by Jefferson Davis Community College. Her future plans are to pursue a career in counseling and psychology.
