JDCC baseball to have camps
Jefferson Davis Community College and head baseball coach Darrell Blevins invites all players to join them for the month of December for some clinics and camps.
A hitting clinic will be held Saturday, Dec. 5, from 9 a.m. to noon and cost is $25.
A pitching clinic will be held Saturday, Dec. 12 from 9 a.m. to noon with cost also being $25.
The JDCC winter baseball camp will be held Monday, Dec. 28 through Wednesday, Dec. 30 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Players ages six to 18 will be at Warhawk Field on the campus of JDCC and will be $75 if pre-registered before Friday, Dec. 25 and $90 if registered on the day of the camp.
Campers should plan on bringing a sack lunch everyday.
