Emergency officials have urged residents to stay off the roads as they work to clear streets of debris and wait to see if flood waters will recede.
Several county roads remain closed, including U.S. 29 and U.S. 31. Flomaton remains bottlenecked, Sheriff Grover Smith said, because of flooding there.
