U.S. 31 through Brewton and Belleville Avenue downtown were back open Wednesday morning as business owners worked to clean up from flood waters.
Persimmon and Ann streets and the south end of St. Nicholas Avenue remained closed, as did the bridges between Brewton and East Brewton.
