The Lady Eagles of W.S. Neal went 1-2 in the Escambia County tournament to finish in third place.
W.S. Neal lost to Flomaton in the first round on Friday 38-31 and lost to T.R. Miller 45-20 to fall to 6-5 this season on Saturday.
The Lady Eagles picked up their lone win on Monday with a 35-33 win over Atmore to improve to 7-5.

Flomaton scored 15 points in the third quarter with all 15-0 coming on a 15-0 run to overcome W.S. Neal and hold on for a 38-31 win on Friday in round one of the Escambia County tournament in Flomaton.
Flomaton jumped out to an 8-1 lead in the first quarter only to see the Lady Eagles fight back to tie the game at 8-8 after the first quarter of play.
W.S. Neal continued on their run in the second quarter to lead 11-8 with 6:21 left before halftime.
The Lady Eagles would hold a 7-5 advantage in the quarter to lead 15-13 at halftime.
After an early basket in the quarter for the Lady Eagles to take a 17-13 lead, Flomaton went on a 15-0 run to take a 28-17 lead with 4:57 to play in the third quarter.
The 15 points were all Flomaton would score.
W.S. Neal ended the quarter on a 9-0 run to get within 28-26 at the end of the third quarter.
In the fourth, Flomaton had a 10-5 advantage to help seal the win 38-31.
The loss dropped W.S. Neal to 6-4 with the loss.
The Lady Eagles shot 3-for-15 from the free throw line in the game.
W.S. Neal head coach Derek Roberts declined comment after the game.
Freida Folmar led W.S. Neal with 14 points and Keyvonnia Kyles added 10.
Briana Hawthorne chipped in three points and Angelique Askew had two in the loss.

Escambia County 33
In their tournament finale Monday against Escambia County, the W.S. Neal Lady Eagles had to survive a late Escambia County rally to win 35-33.
The win improved W.S. Neal to 7-5 as they finished the tournament in third place with a 1-2 record.
After an 8-8 tie after the first quarter, W.S. Neal took a 16-12 lead at the half and held a 26-20 lead heading into the fourth quarter.
In the fourth quarter, W.S. Neal scored nine points all on free throws as Freida Folmar had eight points in the quarter.
W.S. Neal held a 29-21 lead with 7:22 left in the quarter only to see Escambia County cut the lead to 29-28 with 5:56 left to play.
W.S. Neal took a 35-31 lead with 20.4 seconds to play, but Atmore cut the lead to 35-33 with 9.1 left to play.
A turnover for the Blue Devils was followed by a steal and a late shot fell short as W.S. Neal earned the win.
Folmar led with 16 points and Kyles had 10.
Hawthorne had five and Glenshia Butler and Angelique Askew both had two points in the win.
Folmar and Hawthorne were named to the all tournament team for the Lady Eagles.
