Mr. Shirley Raybon Miller, 71, died Dec. 24, 2009. He was a native of Atmore and had been a resident of Satsuma since 1976. He was a retired employee of Kimberly-Clark with 23 years of service; a former employee of the American Can Paper Company; and Geigy Chemical Chemstrand. He was of the protestant faith and was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Ann Miller.
He is survived by his separated wife, Sharon Miller; four daughters, Debbie (Tad) Denson of Daphne; Donna Miller (Anthony Collins) of Satsuma; Laurie (Bryant) Knight of Trussville; Kristi Miller (Wes) Lee of Petal, Miss.; one brother, Terry Miller of Griffin, Ga.; one sister, Delores Gallego of Stockbridge, Ga.; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Dec. 28, 2009, at 10 a.m. at the Little Rock Holiness Church with the Rev. Leo Kent officiating. Burial followed at Little Rock Cemetery with the Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Anthony Collins, Bryant Knight, Connor Knight, Wes Lee, Devin Lolley and Tad Denson.
