The old Cozy Corner restaurant in East Brewton was "gutted" by fire Wednesday morning, fire officials said.
The building had no electricity, Fire Chief Joey Shell said. Shell said the state fire marshal would be investigating the incident.
The outside of the building was intact, but Shell said the inside had been gutted by the fire.
