Mr. Frank Lee Fowler, 95, died Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010. He was a native of Covington County. He was preceded in death by his parents, Essie and Luke Fowler; and seven siblings, Carranzo, Alphonso, Orlando, Bernice, Oneal, Ruth and Jessie.
He is survived by a sister, Tessie Fowler Floyd and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 11 a.m. at Presley Fluker Chapel with the Rev. Edsel Davis officiating. Burial followed at Welfare Community Cemetery in Covington County.
