Mr. Getyron “Gus” Benjamin, 18, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010. He was a resident of Brewton and a first-year student at Jefferson Davis Community College.
He is survived by his parents. Reginald and Tracie Benjamin of Brewton; two brothers, Howard Lane and Derrick Lane, both of Brewton; sisters, Fransheska Lane of Brewton, and Pashun Allen of Mobile; grandparents and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 3, at Presley-Fluker Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 7 p.m.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 4, at 2 p.m. at Second Saint Siloam Baptist Church with Elder Robert McWilliams officiating. Burial will follow at Piney Grove Cemetery with Presley-Fluker directing.
