The Greater Brewton Area Lions Club celebrated its 75th anniversary Tuesday night with a banquet featuring honors for longtime members and guests from Lions Clubs around the state.
The Lions Club has a long history of service in the Brewton community. Members have not only supported the organization's service goals with regard to sight-related problems, they also founded the Alabama Blueberry Festival.
Also at the group's banquet, club members were entertained by Jerry Clower impersonator Ed Cotten.
