W.S. Neal’s JV baseball team went undefeated in their tournament Saturday to improve to 5-0 overall this season.
The Eagles defeated Flomaton 11-2 in their first game, Northview in the second game 13-4 and T.R. Miller in the final game 11-6.

W.S. Neal scored runs in the first four innings including five in the third inning to take an 11-2 win over Flomaton.
Brian Settle started the game on the mound and pitched three innings and struck out five and allowed no hits, walks, or runs. Mike Williams pitched the last two innings and allowed two hits and two runs.
At the plate, Miles Powell was 2-for-2 with four RBIs and Tyler Joyner was 2-for-2 with two RBIs.

W.S. Neal scored six runs in the first and second innings to claim a nine-run win over Northview.
Cam Blackman started the game on the mound but had to come out with one out in the first inning with an injury. Blackman gave up two runs in the first.
Settle came in and pitched the rest of the game going 3 2/3 innings allowing two hits, struck out six, walked one and allowed two unearned runs.
Jeremy Myers was 3-for-3 at the plate with two runs scored. Justin Moye was 1-for-2 with two RBIs, Sean Lucas was1-for-1 with two RBIs, Settle was 1-for-2 with two RBIs, Taylor Ballard was 1-for-1 with two RBIs, and Joyner was 1-for-1 with two RBIs.

W.S. Neal scored seven runs in the second inning to help finish the tournament 3-0 with an 11-6 win over T.R. Miller.
Dylan Godwin started the game on the mound and went two innings, striking out two, and allowing one unearned run.
Jeremy Myers went one inning and allowed three runs on three hits, came in the third inning and left in the fourth with no outs. Christian Purvis entered and finished the inning.
In the fifth inning, Purvis gave up three hits and two runs and ended up with two strikeouts.
At the plate, Damion Williams was 1-for-1 with one RBI followed by Mike Williams who was 1-for-1 with one RBI.
Settle was 1-for-1 with two RBIs and Ballard was 2-for-2 with one RBI.
