Mrs. Grace Howell Harris, 81, died Monday, March 15, 2010 in a local nursing facility after an extended illness. She was a native and life-long resident of Brewton and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in East Brewton.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry R. (Claudia) Harris and Larry W. Harris, both of Brewton; two brothers, Lavon (Melba) Howell and Rondal (Ann) Howell, both of Brewton; a sister, Reba Harper of Brewton; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 18, at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Watts and the Rev. Jeff Scurlock officiating. Burial followed at Odom Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
