Mr. Richard Earl Wilson, 68, of Appleton Road, died Friday, March 12, 2010, at his residence after a brief illness. He was a native and long time resident of Brewton, and was retired from Ward Oil Exploration. He attended the New Haven Church.
He is survived by two daughters, Cynthia  LeWanda (Brian) Collier of Castleberry, and LaTonia Wilson of Newnan, Ga.; a brother, Willie Joe Wilson of Castleberry; a sister, Helen (Bobby) Jarrett of Castleberry; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Craver’s Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 17, at 1 p.m. at the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. William Joyner officiating. Burial will follow in Weaver Cemetery on Appleton Road with Craver’s Funeral Home directing.
