DEVELOPING STORY: King joins 12 other attorneys general to sue over health care reform

Led by Florida Attorney General Bill McCollumn, 13 attorneys general filed a federal lawsuit today in Florida to challenge health care reform legislation.
Alabama Attorney General Troy King is among the plaintiffs. The lawsuit was filed in Pensacola just after President Barack Obama signed the legislation into law.
At issue for the attorneys general is the stipulation in the bill that all residents must purchase health care insurance or pay a fine.
The tenth amendment states that powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution are reserved for the states or to the people.
