Miss Lisa Michele Downey, 34, died Wednesday, May 5, 2010, in Perdido. Born Sept. 21, 1976, Miss Downey was a native and lifelong resident of Perdido. She attended Semirah Springs Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Mary Elaine Downey of Perdido; two brothers, Jason and Stephanie Downey of Perdido, and Jeremy and Stephanie Downey of Perdido; a sister, Tina and Gary Butcher of Jackson’s Gap; her grandfather, James G. Ganey of Monroe, La.; five nieces; and four nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 7, 2010, at Pine Grove Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Clyde Bruley, the Rev. Bobby Boatwright and the Rev. Ronald Hall officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 6, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
