Anna Mary Farrish, a native and resident of Brewton, died June 22, 2010, at a local hospital.

Mrs. Farrish was born March 10, 1938, the daughter of Tessie and Major Thomas Sr.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Marie; her parents; and a brother, Richard Thomas.

Survivors include her husband, Herman Farrish, Sr. of Brewton; two sons, Herman (Jenny) Farrish and Vince (Tameka) Farrish, both of Brewton; two daughters, Mary (Raymond) Farrish of Brewton and Linda (Jonathan) Craig of Cincinnati, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Major Thomas Jr. of Florida.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 28, 2010, at First Saint Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Cheatum officiating. Presley-Fluker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
