Bernadine “Ms. Dene” D’Andrea, age 88, died on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her home in Sharpsburg, Ga. She was born August 18, 1921 in Moss Point, Miss. to the late Gaston Ludovic Ory and Emma Pauline Hough Ory . She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-six years, Nicholas Vincent D’Andrea.

She is survived by her sons, Nick D’Andrea of Troy, George D’Andrea of Auburn and Danny D’Andrea of Thomasville; a daughter, Julia D’Andrea Crim of Sharpsburg, Ga.; a sister Anne D’Andrea Duff and a brother, Americo D’Andrea both of Quincy, Mass.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The funeral service is Sunday, July 25, at 2 p.m. at Faith Creek United Methodist Church, Rev. Tommy Ross & Rev. Julia Crim officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with McKoon Funeral Home directing.
