Mrs. Pauline B. Henderson, 87, of Castleberry, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010, in a Mobile health care facility after a brief illness.

Mrs. Henderson was born in Lake, Miss., and had been a resident of Castleberry since 1985, coming from Virginia Beach, Va. She was a homemaker and was a member of London Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Mr. E. Alton Henderson of Castleberry; four children, R. Carlton Sims of Florence, S.C., Larry Sims of Calabash, N.C., Linda H. Loulies of Suffolk, Va.; and Dennis Henderson of Portland, Ore.; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 17, 2010 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas White and Dr. Dennis Henderson officiating. Interment will follow in Buffington Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Friday from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.

Pallbearers will be Dwight Miniard, William Barnett, Brandon Barnett, Rickey Reeves, Charles Knight and Horace Raines.
